And our users can see the results:
- 1. Prediction of the probability of being in the new position for different time lengths associated with each candidate.
- 2. A scoring indicating who are the best candidates for the position.

In addition, our app allows to perform analysis for each candidate, and identify what are the most relevant drivers of continuing in the position. The latter can be done by gender, age, etc.
