Users should upload the input files:

1. Historical information of number of labor activity (days), and potential drivers of this variable such as socioeconomic characteristics of the worker, work place conditions, etc.
2. Information of the same potential drivers in the previous dataset associated with the new candidates.

Then, it is just to click “Hacer estimacion”

In addition, our app allows to perform analysis for each candidate, and identify what are the most relevant drivers of continuing in the position. The latter can be done by gender, age, etc.
